Cleaning is physically demanding, but the real challenge lies in doing it consistently and to the exact standards each site requires. We ensure site-specific standards are set and maintained so your environment is reliably clean, safe and professional.
Our approach ensures every client receives a consistently high standard of cleaning:
- Cleaning standards: We develop site-specific checklists that define the tasks to complete, the methods to use and the products required.
- Supervision & support: Supervisors are on-site from day one, overseeing initial cleaning, embedding standards and providing hands-on retraining where needed.
- Continual improvement: After six months, we review efficiency and quality. Where appropriate, we introduce equipment such as mobile scrubbers to improve results, speed up cleaning and free our team to focus on mini-deep cleans.
Site-specific excellence
Once a contract is awarded, our managers and/or supervisors work with you to create a checklist that everyone follows — your team, our operatives and the supervisor. This ensures expectations are clear, measurable and consistently met.
Hands-on training & oversight
Supervisors are present during the first clean and throughout the initial two-week period to ensure standards are fully embedded. Once the team demonstrates consistent performance, visits are reduced, though we remain flexible and will increase oversight if any issues arise.
